Domestic US Warranty support
Please use this option if you need US warranty support per advice from FINsix support. A support ticket# is mandatory to be entered within the order form.
You need to have provided to FINsix support: a copy of proof of purchase, laptop model details, what tip was in use, description of issue and any other pertinent details.
Warranty requests will be approved solely at our discretion, with the caveat that all items are subject to availability of stock.
Note 1: We do not provide warranty support for DARTs sold via unauthorized third party sellers, Amazon, Ebay, etc.
Note 2: Shipping is not free and is non-refundable. we pass through USPS cost calculated at checkout.
Note 3: All USB-C/DART-C parts are out of stock with no ETA due to supply chain contractual issues out of our control.
